One of the best parts of playing The Sims is building wild houses and decorating them to the nines. LEGO-loving kids can now add a colorful touch to the mobile game from Electronic Arts in a new partnership between The Sims FreePlay and LEGO Dots.

In The Sims FreePlay, kids can create entire towns filled with their own style and personality while living out their dreams through their Sims characters. The new collaboration will last for a limited time, taking place until July 24 with a LEGO Dots x The Sims Live Event and free LEGO Dots pack. The in-game event will feature arts and crafts stations and a series of activities that players can complete to unlock exclusive item and gather resources.

When players have collected enough resources, they can unlock up to ten exclusive LEGO Dots products to place in their Sims’ virtual homes. The virtual products represent real-life LEGO Dots products, such as a banana pencil holder, a candy land bracelet, message boards, a rainbow bracelet, a stick-on canvas, a stitch-on canvas, a panda tray, and an ice cream picture frame. There are other LEGO Dots-inspired products as well, including an outfit for preteen Sims, bright wallpapers, flooring, and colorful décor items.

The event is playable from Level 7 of The Sims FreePlay, and players can craft jewelry, decorate their Sims’ houses, create LEGO Dots message board designs, and share their creations with other fans on social media. If players unlock all of the prizes, they can receive the “You DOT You” grand prize house lot, a multistory home with a backyard, a pool, kids’ rooms dedicated to LEGO Dots-inspired decor, gaming consoles, beanbags, and more.

Kids can download The Sims FreePlay for free on iOS, Android, and Amazon devices here, and check out the real-life LEGO Dots items they see in the game here.
