When kids first open the Magic Trace Glow to Show Studio, they might think it comes with blank paper to color on, but that’s where the magic begins. This activity kit from WeCool Toys comes with a special light bar that illuminates hidden images.

This set comes with 24 art reveal pages in two sizes, 10 dual-tip markers, 10 crayons, and a magic light bar. When kids shine the light on the included sheets of white paper, they will reveal outlines of surprise images that they can trace and color in. The hidden images have a lot of variety, including leopards and giraffes in the jungle, underwater treasure chests, sweet treats, positive phrases, and more, creating an element of surprise because kids won’t know which image is on the paper until they reveal it with the light.

The LED lights add a cool element that elevates the activity beyond a regular coloring book, and the process helps kids learn how to draw because they are tracing the outline instead of simply coloring in a premade image. Yount artists can also choose if they want to color with markers or crayons since both are included, or they can use both in one drawing to experiment with different techniques and styles.

While the set is recommended for kids ages 8 and up, it’s versatile for a wide age range. Younger kids may need help with the tracing part, but they can still enjoy drawing and coloring. Tweens can also flex their creative muscles and destress after school with the artsy activity. It’s also easy to throw it all in the box it comes in and take it to grandma’s house to keep everyone busy.

Kids will feel like part secret agent, part wizard, and all artist with this exciting activity kit!
