With new Marvel movies comes new toys.
Marvel debuted the first trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the sequel to 2018’s Black Panther, over the weekend, pulling in more than 26 million views (and counting) in just a few days. Before the movie premieres on Nov. 11, Hasbro revealed a new version of Monopoly and new Marvel Legends action figures inspired by the Black Panther universe and characters.
The Monopoly: Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Edition is a race to control key locations, build temples, and secure as much Vibranium as possible. The last player with Vibranium after all other players have lost theirs wins the game. This 2-6 player game is recommended for kids ages 8 and up and will be available at most major retailers this fall for $22.99.
Recommended for kids ages 4 and up, Hasbro’s new Black Panther action figures depict characters from both the comics and the MCU films. The collection will include a Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Wakanda Forever Okeye Figure, a Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Hatut Zeraze Figure, a Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Legacy Everett Ross Figure, a Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Wakanda Forever Nakia Figure, a Marvel Legends Series Classic Comics Black Panther Figure, and a Marvel Legends Series Black Panther Wakanda Forever Namor Figure.
All of the figures are 6 inches tall and feature extensive articulation for posability. Priced at $24.99, each figure comes with its own accessories, including a Build-A-Figure part or multiple parts that kids can collect to create an Attuma figure inspired by the character’s appearance in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The figures are available for preorder now at Hasbro Pulse and other major retailers, with an official launch planned for October.
