One lucky Shopkins fan won the eBay auction for Gemma Stone, the one-of-a-kind character made entirely out of crystal. The fan from Florida paid $21,500 for the Shopkin, and Moose Toys will donate all of proceeds from the week-long auction to the Toy Industry Foundation (TIF).
Moose Toys will also donate $100,000 worth of Shopkins toys to the TIF, in addition to the monetary donation from Gemma Stone.
The charity auction kicked off on Cyber Monday and fans had seven days for a chance to bid on Gemma Stone. The most rare Shopkins in the collection, she was first revealed at the North American International Toy Fair earlier this year. Limited Edition Shopkins characters, normally retailing at $2.99, sell on eBay for upwards of $1,800.
