Kids might be missing out on traditional summer camps this year, but families can still plan a summer full of at-home activities with Baketivity’s virtual Bake-A-Camp.
Bake-a-Camp campers will receive a box with four themed kits to last them a month, each featuring a dessert recipe inspired by a different country to explore cultures and baking techniques from around the world. Each kit will contain pre-measured and color-coded ingredients, as well as step-by-step instructions to complete each recipe. Bakers will also have personal guidance from a Bake-a-Camp baker and access to entertaining Zoom classes, where they can make new friends from all over the country while baking and learning together.
July’s box features sweet recipes for French eclairs, German apple cake, Mexican churros with dipping sauce, and Australian fairy bread cake. August’s box covers an Italian dessert pizza, Swedish cinnamon buns, dulce de leche bars from Argentina, and a Dutch chocolate cake recipe from the Netherlands.
The boxes are currently on sale for $199.99 and campers will also have access to additional activities, recipes, and resources for each day of the week, as well as a Bake-A-Camp T-shirt. Click here for more information. Happy baking!
