magicmeemees

It can be tough for kids to explain how they are feeling—but that’s no problem for MagicMeeMees.

A new interactive collectible line from Future of Play, MagicMeeMees are cute little plastic creatures that vibrate and light up. When you place MagicMeeMees next to each other, their bellies light up different colors and they can move around a flat surface. MeeMees also interact with their play sets and their food, both of which kids can also collect.

When a MagicMeeMee meets a new friend, it will either indicate it is happy, sad, or mad by emitting green, blue, or red light from its tummy. Some MeeMees may get along better than others, and kids can place their new little creatures in different social scenarios to see who will be fast BFFs. With 24 different MagicMeeMees to collect in a variety of vibrant colors, there’s plenty of MeeMees to meet.

MagicMeeMees love to eat, but they can be picky about their food. Kids can collect up to 26 different food items, ranging from jelly beans to sushi to greens. When kids hold a piece of food up to MagicMeeMees and click a tiny button, the MeeMees will let kids know if they like it by lighting up light blue, or if it’s just OK by lighting up yellow. If they hate it, or they are too full to eat, their bellies will glow pink.

MeeMees love to explore their interactive play sets. Each set includes one MagicMeeMee that will feel right at home in their magical world. Holidayland is full of homages to different holidays, including fireworks, a oversized Christmas ornaments, and a pumpkin. Iceland is a cool, snow-covered world; and Sweetsland features giant candy canes, swirly lollipops, and—of course—a cherry on top.

Just like kids, each MagicMeeMee is completely unique, with different features that make it stand out, such as spots, tiny wings, a cool hairdo, and more.

Kids can dream up magical new scenarios and experiences for their MagicMeeMees. Parents can use these interactive toys to guide kids on a journey of emotional expression. Whether kids are engaging their imaginations, or learning how to better articulate their feelings, MagicMeeMees is a tiny toy with a modest pricepoint that provides meaningful play experiences for kids.
