The future is coming to Brooklyn! On September 16 and 17, the Brooklyn Expo Center will be home to Worlds Fair NANO, a two-day festival that will treat attendees to mind-blowing technology, futuristic talks, interactive art, live music, food, and more.
Attendees will be able to race electric skateboards, walk through virtual worlds, draw with 3-D pens (from one of our favorite companies!), pilot drones, listen to talks by social robots, and try out some future food (Think: coffee cubes and apples that don’t turn brown!). Kids will especially love checking out the SMART dog houses (because who says our four-legged pals aren’t tech savvy, too!), an Escape the Room VR experience, the Sound Sculptures, and the Staten Island Solar Powered Car.
Worlds Fair is known for inspiring masterminds such as Alexander Graham Bell and Nikola Testa, according to their page. Tickets can be purchased here, so get the whole family in on the fun!
We’ll post live updates of the event on Twitter and Instagram! Follow along with #worldsfairnano & #weknowplay!
