Calling all kid creators: Take on the best in tech toys with VTech’s new Kidi Tech offerings this year!

Following on-trend features — from messaging apps to instant print cameras — this collection upgrades previous VTech models while introducing new products to its kid-friendly electronic ecosystem. This year’s offerings include the KidiZoom Smartwatch DX3, the KidiZoom PrintCam, and the KidiBuzz 3, all designed for kids ages 4 and up.

The KidiZoom Smartwatch DX3 (pictured above) is the newest addition to VTech’s prolific KidiZoom Smartwatch series. It includes two cameras for selfies, photos, and videos along with an LED that doubles as a flash and a flashlight. Adults can help kids upload photos and videos to a computer using the included micro-USB cable. Kids can also play two-player games and send preset messages to their friends by scanning a code on another user’s DX3. The watch also comes preloaded with apps, eight games, motion-tracking activities, a voice recorder, and more than 60 customizable daily activity reminders from “OK to wake” to “time for bed.”

The KidiZoom PrintCam imitates the format of today’s instant print cameras. Kids can create instant black-and-white printouts of photos using thermal paper, while also printing games, greeting cards, play money, comic strips, and more. A flip-up lens for selfies and three games are also included. Photos and videos can also be uploaded via the attached USB cable.

Rounding out the collection is the KidiBuzz 3, a smart device offering 3D screen effects, parent controls to set daily time limits, a new magnifying lens for up-close photos, and a new KidiCom Chat messaging app with video sharing. Through the messaging app, kids connect with parent-approved contacts to send texts, photos, and video clips over wifi with other KidiBuzz, iPhone, or Android devices. KidiBuzz 3 also allows kids to add live face filters and frames to photos and video clips, play more than 40 interactive learning games that teach STEM concepts, and explore kid-friendly websites. Kids can also load and play their favorite music and movies for on-the-go entertainment.

These products will be available in the fall. To keep up with more information about the upcoming Kidi Tech offerings, visit vtechkids.com.
