Real playdates may be a thing of the past while the U.S. continues its COVID-19 social distancing mandates, but Nickelodeon found a way to arrange virtual playdates with the help of Blue’s Clues.
Preschoolers can sing, play, and learn with Blue and host Josh (Josh Dela Cruz) with 10-minute Blue’s Clues & You! playdates, available on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. EDT on Nickelodeon, as well as on Nick Jr.’s YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook throughout the month of May.
The virtual playdates are part of Nickelodeon’s #KidsTogether initiative, which uses the network’s most popular characters and talent to engage with kids and families with tips for staying healthy and stay-at-home activity ideas.
Tomorrow’s episode will feature gospel singer Yolanda Adams as the character of the sun, a stellar singer with a radiant personality. Josh and Blue meet her while exploring outer space and she leads them in a catchy song about the solar system.
