While the holiday season may seem far away, it’s actually closer than you think! Here at The Toy Insider, we’ve been testing toys to assemble our annual holiday gift guide for months, and retailers need just as much—if not more—time to prepare for the holidays as well.

While there are a handful of retailers that consumers can always rely on to carry the hottest toys of the holiday season, many new players are popping up in this space. She weighs in on the importance of retailers such as Barnes and Noble and Target making moves to sell more toys.
