If you’ve never heard of the Tiny Chef before, it’s time to get acquainted with the social media sensation before he arrives on Nickelodeon with a new series: The Tiny Chef Show (working title).

Standing at a mere 6.5 inches tall (and that’s without his hat), the Tiny Chef broke onto the Instagram scene in 2018 as a vegan chef and viral sensation. Hundreds of thousands of fans follow along as the little green critter posts stop-motion videos cooking teeny meals and rubbing elbows with celebrities like Kristen Bell, who happens to be an executive producer for the new series.

The Tiny Chef Show will premiere on Nickelodeon’s preschool platforms in the U.S., produced in collaboration with Imagine Kids+Family, Tiny Chef Productions, and Nickelodeon Animation Studio.

“We cannot wait to tell the Tiny Chef this amazing news. Though we’re a little worried his tiny heart may burst with joy so we’ll make sure he’s sitting down. It’s been The Tiny Chef’s dream to have his own cooking show and now Nickelodeon is making that come true. This next chapter in The Chef’s journey will be so exciting and thrilling for all of us,” the Tiny Chef’s Tiny Team said in a statement.
