Zombies, dragons, and monsters, oh my!
If you’ve never seen or read The Last Kids on Earth, it’s time to get on board. The Emmy-award winning animated series, based on the book series of the same name by author and executive producer Max Brallier, is heading into its third season next week.
Atomic Cartoons and Netflix released the first official trailer for the new season, which follows 13-year-old Jack Sullivan living in a tree fort with his best friends during a zombie apocalypse. In season three, they discover they may not be the last kids on Earth after all. The trailer shows them getting hunted by a dragon-like Nightmare King and an ancient evil monster who won’t rest until it devours the planet.
The star-studded cast includes Catherine O’Hara, Mark Hamill, Rosario Dawson, Bruce Campbell, and Nick Wolfhard. Catch the premiere on Friday, Oct. 16, on Netflix — and watch the trailer below!
