Nothing smells better than holiday cookies baking on a cold winter’s night, especially when there’s a fire going in the fireplace, and you’re snuggled in with some hot chocolate or even a cold glass of milk. We have been baking up a storm over the last few weeks. There’s something about the holidays that makes me want to get into the kitchen and whip up batches and batches of cookies. We use these cookies to make holiday trays to drop off at school or for my husband to take to work. But most importantly, we need some tasty treats to leave for Santa!
