Hosted by the Toy Insider, Sweet Suite is a legendary toy party for members of the press and top-tier digital influencers, including Instagram stars and popular YouTube creators. At Sweet Suite 2023, guests will get up close and personal with popular toy companies’ coolest new toys, collectibles, video games, and more. This party is all about fun, full of interactive experiences like photo opps, contests, games, and so much more. Guests will enjoy delicious food and cocktails while getting a first look at new product reveals and getting inspired for upcoming holiday gift guides.

Sweet Suite is not a trade show — it’s a huge party! Throughout the event, digital creators and press will see toys for the first time before they are unveiled anywhere else. Our event is unparalleled and offers attendees a unique experience, from decadent food and drinks to a great box of SWAG sent straight to your home after the party!

Instagram influencers, brand ambassadors, YouTube creators, TikTok stars, family bloggers and vloggers, reporters, producers, and news anchors will all come to Sweet Suite to meet with representatives from more than 65 of the best toy companies in the U.S. 

Sweet Suite is all about having fun, acting like a kid again, and experiencing all of the hottest new toys and games first-hand. There will be dozens of hands-on activations, filmable moments, and of course, more toys than you can count! If you are a reporter, editor, producer, or influencer who covers toys, parenting, or family entertainment, then this is an event you CANNOT miss!

Who should attend?

Online influencers who have established audiences and regularly cover toys and children’s entertainment are welcome to attend Sweet Suite. Sweet Suite is the perfect place to meet new companies, grow brand relationships, pitch sponsored content ideas, apply for brand ambassadorships, and get inspired for holiday gift guides! Tickets to Sweet Suite are limited – so grab yours before they are gone!

What’s included?

If you receive an official event invite, your ticket grants you access to Sweet Suite, including light bites and delicious drinks. Those who secure a ticket and ATTEND Sweet Suite are eligible to receive a swag bag at the end of the event (one per outlet and/or household). If you secure a ticket but do not attend Sweet Suite, you will not be sent swag under any circumstances. The Toy Insider is not responsible for lost or stolen materials of any kind.

Can I bring my kids?

Child influencers who are the main personality on the channel/outlet and are ages 3+ may apply for an event invitation. Influencer and press ticket holders may babywear children under 6 months old. No strollers are allowed on the show floor, however, they can be coat checked. No non-editorial children will be admitted to this event.

Is this event just for kids?

Absolutely not! This is a business event and it can be even more fun for adults than it is for kids.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely no non-editorial spouses, partners, friends or other guests are eligible to attend Sweet Suite. All attendees must be active digital influencers/creators or editorial contributors to print, broadcast, and digital press outlets.

What is the dress code?

Sweet Suite is a family-friendly, business casual event. You will be networking and meeting with brands and potential partners, but feel free to showcase your style and who you are.

Where should I stay?

Sweet Suite is a one-night-only event, but if you’re coming to NYC from out of town and need a place to stay, there are great hotels in the area you can explore! There is no official room block for Sweet Suite ’23.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Sweet Suite tickets are non-transferable and may not be transferred under any circumstances. However, if you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP, as tickets are limited and we want to give everyone a chance to come!
