We dropped our Holiday Gift Guide to help in any gift-finding missions this past Sept. 12, and now Target has released its own Bullseye’s Top Toys List for 2023. Parents and excited toy shoppers can see what Target deems the best of the best, including the best for all budgets.
This list is the most affordable from Target yet, with gift options starting at just $7.99 and a section dedicated to toys under $25. In addition to highlighting incredible brands and budget-friendly toys, this list includes tons of exciting Target exclusives, like collaboration with Disney and FAO Schwarz.

Target is releasing a full assortment of retro-themed Disney toys for its Disney100 Retro Reimagined collection. The collection will include more than 100 new toys, apparel, accessories, and other items and is coming to stores this Nov. 5. Target has also collaborated with FAO Schwarz, following the announcement of the partnership last year, for nearly 140 items co-designed with the Target team. This year’s FAO Schwarz assortment is available exclusively at Target now.
In addition to the release of the list, Target is launching a new digital shopping option. The immersive 360° shoppable experience on Target.com is designed to give both kids and adults the ability to interact with the Top Toys list, as well as other toy brands, without leaving their homes. Shoppers can explore a virtual room filled with Bullseye’s Top Toys. The new experience is available now on the Target website.
