Have you ever seen a 70-year-old potato? Hasbro’s classic Potato Head brand is turning 70 this year, so there’s no better time to respect your eld-taters than with the launch of a special Grandtaters set.
Meet Potato Head Yamma and Yampa, the newest — or should we say oldest — additions to the Potato Head family. Recommended for kids ages 2 and up, this set comes with 24 parts, including two potato bodies, two bases, and 20 grandparent-themed accessories, such as vintage eyeglasses, pleated khakis, pearls, purple hair, a gray mustache, and chunky grandpa sneakers.
Kids can mix and match the pieces to build the grandest grandtaters of all time. The box also has a retro vibe to it to pay homage to the classic toy. The accessories are compatible with most Potato Head toys so kids can build an entire family of spuds.
The Potato Head Yamma and Yampa is available at Amazon and Entertainment Earth for $16.99. Fans can also look for tons of other new versions of Potato Heads, including a pirate, Star Wars and Marvel characters, mini Potato Head tots, potato chip versions with slices through them, and more. What are your tots on the matter? 🥔
