Captain Barnacles and the Octonauts gang are reporting for duty to entertain a new generation of preschoolers!

Later this year, Silvergate Media will launch Octonauts: Above & Beyond, a new animated series that will “take the much-loved crew of intrepid explorers beyond the sea and onto land with an exciting array of new locations, vehicles, and storylines to enjoy.” The series will teach real-world facts about weather, water, extreme environments, and creatures.

Of course, a new series means new toys and Moose Toys is coming in hard with a full line.

The company behind Kindi Kids, the Bluey toys, and Squeakee the Balloon Dog is prepping a robust range of Octonauts toys, including figures, vehicles, playsets, plush, games, and more.

Based on a 2006 series of books, Octonauts first hit screens in 2010 and quickly gained a following around the world. The first generation series spawned a toy line from Fisher-Price and gained steam with live events, including a U.S. mall tour to support airings on Disney Junior.
