Get ready to aim…and…3..2..1…BLAST OFF! Hasbro has us floored with the new Nerf Rival Nemesis MXVII-10K.

This blaster, available in both red and blue, is one of their biggest products yet, literally. Pick up this bad boy and you’ll quickly see that this is no rinky dink gear. It’s actually pretty heavy, and should only be in the hands of seasoned Nerf owners. Note: This blaster is for big kids only and we strongly suggest adhering to the 14+ age range.

Equipped with 100 yellow foam balls, this fully-automatic blaster (just hit the orange trigger and BAM!) allows kids to really hone in on their blasting skills. With this many balls already loaded, it eliminates the extra time used typically to stop and reload, allowing kids to focus on their strategy more in the present moment. Just keep on blasting them out! They can travel up to 30 meters per second.

Did I mention it’s battery operated and comes alive when turned on? This blaster has some major power! Either 6 D batteries OR Nerf Rival’s Rechargeable Battery Pack (sold separately) will do the trick. Turn this on and you’ll hear it rumble like a real engine. If the batteries dies, however, the blaster will not work!

What’s also great about this blaster is that you can see the yellow foam balls inside the blaster. There’s a removable plastic vessel that the foam balls rest in before getting shot out. That way, if you’re running low on ammo, it won’t be a big surprise when you hit the lever and nothing flies out. Reloading the yellow foam balls is a snap, too. The Nerf Rival Nemesis MXVII-10K features the first ever easy-load hopper for high-speed reloads. Kid can easily slide open the top of the blaster and drop their ammo in.

This is definitely a blaster that should not be used in the house. Perfect for backyards and other wide open spaces, kids can see how far they can shoot and how many shots they can take in a row before getting winded.

Post-blasting session, remember to use the safety clips on the side to put the blaster in lock, especially if you have younger kids in the house!

Which blaster do you think would win in a battle? The red one or the blue one?
