Music is something that’s always accessible, even if kids can’t attend music class in person right now after COVID-19 cut the school year short.

Jammin With You — a Boston-based company that offers private music lessons, studio classes, and music camps for all ages and abilities — wants to help give kids an all-access pass to the wonders of music at home. Founder and owner Josh Shriber created the digital Music Class Pass to give kids unlimited access to Jammin With You’s full library of online classes, virtual performances, and music lessons without having to leave the house.

Some examples of the 10-minute lessons include teaching kids to use finger numbers and color-coordinated indicators on the piano to learn the notes to “Mary Had a Little Lamb,” and teaching kids proper breathing techniques and exercises to belt out “This Land is Your Land.”

The program is designed for kids ages 1-7, and parents can sign up for a $29 per month subscription online. Jammin With You also offers $41 half-hour private music lessons.
