The new Blasters will make for some exciting NERF battling! | Source: Hasbro

It’s NERF or nothing, and there’s definitely plenty of NERF.

The new year brings new NERF blasters. We’ve already covered the new line of Elite Junior Blasters for the young NERF fans, but there are plenty more blasters from Hasbro to fill out any collection.

The NERF Pro Gelfire Legion Blaster is best for outdoors battles, as the Pro Gelfire projectiles will burst after hitting someone. The Blaster comes with 5,000 dehydrated projectiles: All that’s needed is water and kids can get to battling. The Legion Blaster has spring action priming and a continuous firing stream. It’s expected to launch this month.

The NERF Hyper Impulse-40 Blaster fires NERF Hyper rounds, little rubbery balls, at up to 110 feet per second. Instant reloading is possible with the spring-open hopper. The Blaster comes with 30 Nerf Hyper rounds and will also be available this month.

Roll initiative before your NERF battle begins with the Dungeons & Dragons Blasters releasing in anticipation of the Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves movie, hitting theaters on March 31. There’s a crossbow blaster, the NERF Dungeons & Dragons Themberchaud; a traditional dart blaster, the NERF Dungeons & Dragons Rakor Blaster; a mini blaster, the NERF Microshots Dungeons & Dragons Palarandusk; a huge greataxe for some melee action, the NERF x Dungeons & Dragons Holga’s Greataxe; and a daggersword like the one used by the paladin in the movie, the NERF x Dungeons & Dragons Xenk’s Daggersword.

There are also a couple new additions to the NERF Rival line. The NERF Rival Pilot XXIII-1000 Blaster is available only at Walmart and might only hold a single round, but it makes it count with the fixed rear sight and firing at 90 feet per second. The NERF Rival Forerunner XXIII-1200 Blaster has the capacity for 12 rounds and an edge-glow front sight. Both new Rival blasters include Nerf RIval Accur-Rounds, designed to be the most accurate NERF rounds yet. Both Blasters will be available this month.

To take a break from all the blasting and swordplay, the NERF Sports Vortex Aero Howler Foam Football is perfect for a game of catch. The foam design makes the ball easy to grip, even for smaller hands. The new ball will be available in retailers this month.

Kids can get their hands on these new blasters throughout this year at a variety of retailers. Get ready for some intense NERF battles!
