OMG! The L.O.L. Surprise squad is coming to a screen near you!
Yep, that’s right! L.O.L. Surprise! the Movie is coming to Netflix. The 45-minute animated movie will follow a girl as she goes on a fabulous journey to find the hero inside herself. Promising music, dancing, and lots of surprises, this new movie will explore the B.B. universe and the world of lights, camera, and action.
For the movie, Sony Music, Magic Star, and Masterworks partnered together with the four BFFS Royal Bee, Lady Diva, Neonlicious, and Swag to record new, original songs. All the songs from L.O.L. Surprise! the Movie will be available on all music platforms on Oct. 1. For now, you can listen to the new single “L.O.L. Surprise! Get Up and Dance” here.
In tandem with the movie release, MGA Entertainment is releasing the L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. Movie Magic toy line! Kids can reenact their favorite movie moments with the Movie Magic Studio ($135.99), featuring 12 exclusive dolls to play the cast and crew; a 360-degree, fold-out playset; a green screen; and a movie theatre. There are more than 70 surprises for little directors to find and unbox, including 3D movie glasses.
To go with the Movie Magic Studio, MGA Entertainment is also releasing four Movie Magic Fashion Dolls, including the four new Silver Screen Queens from the movie: Starlette, Ms. Direct, Spirit Queen, and Gamma Babe. Each doll comes with two outfits, surprise accessories, and packaging that unfolds into two movie-themed sets.
Lastly, MGA Entertainment will debut the L.O.L. Surprise! Movie Magic Awards. Young content creators from around the world are invited to compete for awards. Judged by L.O.L. Surprise! fans and a panel of all-star judges, voting will begin on Oct. 22.
