Springtime holidays are near and kids’ musician Laurie Berkner is giving families more ways to celebrate with two live, virtual concerts.
The “Springtime Party” performances will take place on Sunday, March 28, at noon and 5:00 p.m. EST. The show will feature special guest band members, including Brady Rymer, the Laurie Berkner Band’s bass player. Kids can tune in for interactive experiences with various images, flying bees, and even a treasure hunt. Berkner plans to sing some of her greatest hits and songs inspired by spring, as well as music from her new album, “Let’s Go!,” including songs “Let’s Go,” “Jumping Jack,” and “When It’s Cold.”
Viewers are encouraged to decorate their homes for spring and put on something flowery and fun to celebrate Easter, Passover, or the arrival of spring. The pre-show virtual lobby will open an hour prior to each performance with music, videos, games, and even a flower decorating activity.
Family tickets are priced at $20 and include access to one or both live streams on one device. There is also a Meet and Greet add-on package for $80 that includes a virtual one-on-one with Berkner after the show, a virtual photo opportunity, a recording of the video sessions, and an opportunity for parents to chat with fellow families in the virtual waiting room.
Tickets are available at live.laurieberkner.com.
