Kinder Joy is teaming up with Mattel for special Kinder Joy x Barbie You Can Be Anything eggs with 12 toys focusing on empowerment and diversity.
Designed for kids ages 3 and up, the new Kinder Joy line features five inspirational Barbie characters, including a DJ, a baker, a scientist, an athlete, and a movie director to inspire kids to dream big. The collection will also include seven accessories, such as rings and bracelets. Each toy will come with a QR code for Applaydu, an app that combines Kinder Joy toys and augmented reality (available for download on the App Store and Google Play). They will be available at retailers nationwide in September.
Kinder Joy is also launching a You Can Be Anything Sweepstakes that gives families a chance to win a custom, career-themed playhouse. Charmed Playhouses and company founders Tyson and Audrey Leavitt will design and build two custom playhouses themed around careers featured in the Barbie career line – a DJ and a baker. Two grand prize winners will each win one of the playhouses and a sponsored playdate from Kinder Joy with kid-friendly refreshments, goodie bags, and more.
