Ever wanted an excuse to throw a pie in someone’s face? Hasbro is ready to help.
Under license from Rocket Games, Hasbro Inc. will manufacture and distribute the Pie Face game. The easy-to-play, family-friendly game challenges players to load the plastic arm with whipped cream or the included sponge and take turns sliding their head into the character frame and spinning the spinner. Players turn the handle the number of times indicated on the spinner and the tension on the arm will build, eventually resulting in a release of whipped cream right into a player’s face.
Though the whipped cream is not included, it’s a small additional price to pay to be able to cover your parents, friends, or other opponents with the sweet and sticky treat. Game night has never been sweeter.
The game, which became a global phenomenon earlier this year when a YouTube video of a grandfather and grandson playing the game went viral with more than 88 million views, will launch in the U.S. this October.
