Who’s ready to shop ’til they drop??

This fall, Hasbro will introduce an updated version of the iconic ’80s board game Mall Madness, according to Bustle.

The shopping-inspired game board originally featured 22 storefronts, fake ATM cards, and an electronic guide for players to find the best deals. This new version will feature classic hallmarks from the original game with an updated look that’s current for this year. In the new version, players will choose a personality and play as characters Gwen, Sage, Avery, or Dax instead of colored pawns.

“In the original Mall Madness – as well as the new edition – the game is centered around the exciting experience of going on a shopping spree with friends,” Julien McCluney, vice president of global brand strategy and marketing at Hasbro, told Bustle. “The fact that so many adults reminisce about the original [game] more than 30 years after its initial release speaks volumes to its place in pop culture!”

The game, launching this fall, is currently available for preorder and will be revealed this weekend during Toy Fair New York.
