Ghostbusters: Afterlife is flying into theatres this July, once again bringing the Ghostbusters team (or their ghost-busting grandkids) to both kids and ‘80s kids alike. No matter your mortal age, the kid in all of us can all enjoy these new Ghostbusters-inspired toys from Hasbro.
Ghostbusters-in-training can’t bust ghosts without a Proton Blaster or a Proton Pack, the devices that capture and store ghosts run amok, and which both make excellent toys for any age. Their bright blue color and caution-tape design make for some serious business that’s still busting with fun.
The Ghostbusters PKE Meter helps track down unseen specters with real working lights and electronic sound effects, straight from the new movie.
New additions to the Ghostbusting gamut include: the Proton Blaster M.O.D., a customizable blaster with a Blast ‘n’ Trap and a Plasma Stream add-on, each with unique lights and sound effects for the right mission; and the ghost-repelling Ghost Whistle with 20 silly and spooky sounds.
Finally, film-fanatic fans of any age can direct the action themselves with the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 Playset, the updated model of the iconic ghost-busting car.
The Ecto-1 and the Proton Blaster M.O.D. retail for $30, while the rest of the gear retails for $15. Ghostbusters: Afterlife hits theatres on July 10.
