Mini-purses are so hot right now that they’re even making their way into construction toys.
GoldieBlox partnered with New Zealand-based toy company Flexo to create four building kits that kids ages 8 and up can use to create stylish mini purses, bracelets, picture frames, pencil cases, ornaments, and more.
The Mini Purse Building Kits are priced at $24.99 each and are available in three designs: animal print, rainbow, and watermelon. They feature materials that kids can use to make multiple DIY projects, including functional purses. The Friendship Bracelet Set is priced at $14.99 and includes everything kids need to build bracelets, necklaces, flower crowns, and cookie collectibles.
GoldieBlox and Flexo created the line as a way to close the gender gap in STEM toys, empowering more girls to get into construction and engineering. The kits are compatible with all major brick-building brands and are available on Amazon and goldieblox.com.
