This is one of the greatest toys that I’ve seen this year. And we see a lot of toys here at the Toy Insider.

What Do You Meme? cooked up this super-size order of plush Emotional Support Fries with the idea that kids ages 8 and up can use them as a vessel to express their feelings. As a company, What Do You Meme?’s entire business is rooted in products — mostly games — that are inspired by viral trends, and “emotional support french fries” really are a thing. Sure, the red plush packaging and the quintet of soft, yellow fries might conjure up visions of the Golden Arches, but they shouldn’t make you hungry. Unless you’re hungry for fun.

With this new crew of squishy spuds, kids — and let’s be real here, adults will love these, too — can whip out a whimsical tater to express the duality of joy and sadness, or to let you know that they’re feeling mad, surprised, or lovey.

Each plush fry is about the size of an Olive Garden breadstick and carries a similar, starchy heft with none of the calories. Both the characters and the fry box feature quality stitching and embroidery so that they’ll last for years to come.

Emotional Support Fries are trendy and fun for kids, but admit it: You want an order for yourself now, don’t you? They’re one of those “didn’t-know-you-needed-it” products that can be a great conversation starter.
