Spring is on the way and so are Chive the Bee and Bert the Ladybug, arriving in stores next month!

Douglas Co., a family-owned and operated business, is greeting the upcoming season change with two new, spring-themed plush characters.

Chive the Bee is a 7-inch smiley bumblebee with sparkling, black round eyes; a traditional black-and-yellow, striped, furry body; a pair of see-through, blue wings on his back; and two antennas on its head.

Also measuring 7 inches, Bert the Ladybug features a thick, black body; a very round head; black, round eyes with a hint of blue in them; and a pair of perky, black antennas. Its full, red wings feature the classic black dots typical of ladybugs.

Designed for kids ages 3 and up, Chive the Bee and Bert the Ladybug are expected to arrive on store shelves by the end of February. Douglas Co.’ products are sold at specialty gift and toy stores in the U.S. and Canada.
