Welcome to the baby nursery, where it’s time to fly with T.O.T.S.!
Preschoolers ages 3 and up can officially join the Tiny Ones Transport Service — you guessed it, that’s where T.O.T.S. comes from — with the Disney Junior T.O.T.S. Nursery Headquarters Playset, from Just Play. Based on the show on Disney Junior, this set is home to the adorable baby animals who are loved and cared for until they’re ready to be delivered to their forever homes. If it sounds like the best job in the world to you, then let me assure you that Junior Fliers Pip the Penguin and Freddy the Flamingo totally agree with you.
The multilevel play set features topsy-turvy tiers, figures, and tons of accessories. Trust me, kids will need ’em all because as Freddy likes to say, “there’s always something going on in the nursery.” True to the quality of all Just Play play sets, it comes with multiple ways to play, such as a lights-and-sounds baby monitor, a curved baby slide, and movable pieces, including a kid-powered elevator.
While Pip and Freddy, the main characters of the show, are not included as figures in the set, there are three flocked baby characters for kids to play with and love. There’s a bunny, a kitten, and a monkey, and each wears an official T.O.T.S. collar, has a bobblehead, and wears color-changing diapers. To activate the color-changing feature, kids can fill the bath with ice-cold water for bath time, and watch as each baby’s diaper changes color. Each figure has its own colored diaper — and while I don’t want this to be a major spoiler alert — the colors end up being bold and vibrant, adding a fun, additional feature to the figures. Once the figures are dry, they’re back to being as soft and fuzzy as they were before they got wet.
When kids aren’t busy taking the baby animals off for a ride down the slide, bringing them up and down the elevator, or activating secret trap doors, there’s also a cloud cart, a bouncy seat, swinging baskets, and more accessories. Plus, there’s a play bottle and brush to feed babies when they get hungry and to groom them, respectively.
Kids can expand the Disney Junior T.O.T.S. Nursery Headquarters Playset with the T.O.T.S. Surprise Nursery or the Surprise Babies Nursery Care Set, which are sold separately. Each of the sets includes more adorable baby animal figures inspired by the show for kids to add to their collections.
