Nickelodeon and CBS Television Studios are pulling back the curtain on the upcoming animated Star Trek series, finally revealing the official title: Star Trek: Prodigy.

The title and logo were revealed for the first time during the Star Trek Universe panel at Comic-Con@Home yesterday. The new animated series will follow a group of lawless teens after they discover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it to search for adventure, meaning, and salvation.

While there is another animated series (Star Trek: Lower Decks) debuting on CBS All Access in August, Star Trek: Prodigy is the first series in the franchise aimed at younger audiences, making it an ideal fit to debut on Nickelodeon next year.
