Thanks to a new line of licensed Mega Bloks sets, now kids ages 8 and up can build the world of American Girl, with bricks, mini figures, and tiny accessories. These highly detailed building sets, from Mattel, feature fully articulated mini figures based on American Girl’s “Girl of the Year” dolls, including Grace, Isabelle, Saige, McKenna, and Nicki.
Each themed set includes a multi-page storybook with step-by-step building instructions, and a Girl of the Year mini figure character featuring realistic details and unique fabric elements. Additionally, the line includes eight American Girl mini friend figures, and two style collections, which contain additional figures and mix-and-match accessories.
The Girl of the Year-inspired construction line by Mega Bloks includes: Grace’s 2-in-1 Buildable Home, Isabelle’s Ballet Recital, Nicki’s Horse Stables, Saige’s Art Studio, Grace’s Pastry Cart, McKenna’s Gymnastics Training, Uptown and Downtown Style Collections, and Collectible Figures Assortment.
The sets are available exclusively at Toys “R” Us in the U.S. and Canada, and will expand to other retailers in July.
