Does your kid have what it takes to be a toy inventor?
Registration is now open for the 15th annual Chicago Toy & Game Group’s (ChiTAG) Young Inventor Challenge. Designed to be a platform for creative kids, the Young Inventor Challenge gives kids ages 6-18 a chance to produce and pitch original inventions to major toy companies and industry professionals, members of the media, general public, and more.
This year, Magformers will be one of the sponsors of the event, and the company’s marketing team, including staff from both the U.S. and South Korea, will be judges for the competition.

The competition is designed to inspire the next generation of toy inventors while also allowing them to connect with toy industry professionals. ChiTAG also offers free resources to kids to assist with kids’ inventions and ideas, including a Design Guide, which walks kids through the design process from start to finish, and a Student Resources page, which provides inspirational videos and articles.
