Very cool Barbara…..Fisher Price/Mattel is good about stuff like that, I’ve actually received ‘checks/coupons’ from them to purchase other toys.

I always get frustrated when a toy box promises one of my kids one thing and doesn’t deliver. If my child is upset I will contact the company and complain and will be less likely to buy something from them again. I have actually had one company respond by apologizing and sending my daughter two other toys they thought she would like.

I think I probably was more disappointed than my son when it has come to a toy not delivering what’s on the package….he usually comes up with alternative ways to play with the toy such as make his OWN snow for his Thomas Trains…..that I still find to this day…..lol =)
