The Pokémon Flame & Flight Deluxe Charizard from Jazwares is the perfect Pokémon action figure for your favorite Poké fan. This fully interactive figure features more than 30 unique light, sound, and movement combinations in response to the way it flies.
Charizard requires 3 AAA to play, but it comes stocked with some so you can turn it on right out of the box. (Pro tip: If kids can hold off on playtime for a few minutes, swap out those batteries right away — you don’t know how long they were sitting on store shelves!) Once it’s fired up and ready to go, kids can fly, train, and attack with their favorite Pokémon.
To fly, kids simply pick up Charizard and fly him through the air. As kids move it around, Charizard will flap its wings and kids will hear the whooshing sound effect of this powerful Pokémon’s wingspan.
To attack, kids start by loading one of the included projectiles into Charizard’s mouth — and make sure it clicks in so they know it’s ready to launch. Once they have Charizard flying through the air, kids press the button located above its tail on its back to launch the projectile. Charizard can only hold one projectile at a time, but comes with three, just in case one of those launches gets lost behind the depths of the couch. When the projectile is launched, kids will see reactions like Charizard’s detailed flame tail light up and crackle.
But of course, you can’t just jump into a Pokémon battle — everyone knows you have to train first! When kids are ready to train, they can use the included 2-inch Pikachu figure and launcher accessory to help Charizard get into battle shape. Kids can load Pikachu onto the launcher and let it fly as they have Charizard fly by in attack mode to try to get them to clash.
With all these different ways to play and more than 30 reactions to experience, kids will surely not bore of this interactive figure easily.
