OgoBild Bits, from OgoSport, are a series of kits for building cute, mechanical creatures that can be mixed and matched for maximum possibilities. Slipper comes with 21 individual parts, including eyes, feet, wheels, joints, a horn, and an antenna. Slipper was fairly easy to assemble in the same likeness as on the box, and getting each joint into position and wheeling him around is half the fun. After building Slipper as he appears on his box, I disassembled him and created a new creature. OgoBild Bits are adorable, and the plastic parts are thick and durable—not something that will snap or break. Even Slipper’s wheels are made of high-quality rubber. For added value, each Ogo Bild Bits box features one of six pieces of the OgoBild Bits Landscape, that are a fun display when they’re all put together. OgoBild Bits have a great color palette, too. While many of the pieces are gray, mustard yellow, or teal, each set features an almost-neon bright antenna piece or two, which adds just the right touch of fun and vibrance without distracting from the creatures as a whole. All of the sets are interchangeable, offering endless possibilities for collectors to create different creatures. OgoBild Bits are for kids ages 6 and up.
